I don't have a bag that can fit my computer, so I just needed something to slide it into between classes. This sleeve was perfect. It gave me a better grip on my laptop, protected it from the rain, and even softens the blow if it slides off the bed. It's not too thick, so you can't trust your computer to be okay if you actually DROP it, but it really helps with the portability.
